Dylan O’Brien
O’Brien Construction Company is more than a stand alone business. Owner Dylan O’Brien is the son of a locally renowned general contractor and has never forgotten where his roots are. He first had a hammer in his hands at the age of 5, leading to his passion for building and innovation. As a second generation entrepreneur, Dylan has learned that it is important to work on more than just homes.
By building customer relationships and bringing blue collar values to each project, OCC has become one of the leaders in the area for customer referrals and has yet to have a negative review! We keep it simple here by doing what we say, using clear communication, and treating your home like it’s our own.

“After have a “contractor” walk away with all of our money and abandoning the job, we were left hopeless. Dylan and his employees definitely saved the day! First, he finished all of the drywall in our house giving us the smooth walls and ceilings we always wanted. Next, we gutted our old dated pink bathroom and replaced it with a beautifully modern tiled bathroom, then we installed new doors and beautiful craftsman trim, lastly followed by installing our subway tile from the counter all the way up to the ceiling in our kitchen.
I must also point out that I chose some particularly difficult pieces to install. My tiles have a wave and are not straight edge. If you need a tile guy who knows what he’s doing – look no further! The best is right here! AMAZING! Friends who installed the same tile and had hired countless businesses just to fire them have been in awe of our tile installation! It’s truly amazing! So beautiful!
